Refund policy

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

If you would like to make an exchange please read through the following:

• Store Credit or Exchange Only WITHIN 14 DAYS from delivery date with proof of receipt/order confirmation and original tags attached.

• All sales items, jewelry and swimwear are FINAL SALE

• Items must be returned and delivered back to us within two weeks of the initial delivery date to the consumer for store credit or exchange while following all guidelines posted.

• Buyer is responsible for shipping unwanted merchandise back to us. 

• Shipping costs will not be refunded.

• Broken/Defective Products after the transaction has been finalized are the customer's responsibility.

FOR THE HOLIDAYS: 

ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER NOVEMBER 1, 2025 WILL HAVE TILL JANUARY 15, 2026 TO EXCHANGE THEIR PURCHASE OR OPT FOR STORE CREDIT. PRODUCT MUST HAVE ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED + MUST HAVE PROOF PURCHASE. SALE ITEMS, JEWELRY, + SWIMWEAR ARE FINAL SALE.
